Rola 9" x 6" Speakers or Frames.
Rola 9" x 6" Rola or Plessey speakers, 2, 4, 8, or 15 Ohms. These were produced in various formats but as long as they are this size they will be suitable for my needs. The condition of the painted surface and impedance is no concern as I am blasting, repainting, re-coning these speakers.

Car Radio Knobs and Dials.
HK, HT, HG Holden / Astor Knobs
One of my hobbies is repairing valve and transistor car radios, mainly from 1930 through to around 1975, keeping well clear of modern stuff. I have quite a number of car radios on the shelf to repair however they are missing either the dial or knobs. If you have any of the knobs pictured I would be interested in buying them or doing a trade on other items, whichever suits you best. I also do full restorations on early Holden & Ford valve radios, including solid state vibrator substitution, full capacitor replacement, lubrication and alignment.
E.I.L. / "Air Chief" Car Radio Manuals.
Wanted, surplus E.I.L. / Air Chief (Astor) car radio service manuals. I use these for repairing the pile of old car radios I have in the shed, as well as scanning them and making the information available through this site for anyone else doing similar work.
A.W.A. Car Radio Manuals.
Wanted, surplus AWA car radio service manuals. These manuals used to be thrown away by the box load but are now required to assist in repair and restoration of these iconic car radios.
Astor "Diamond Dot" Manuals.
Wanted, similar to the above. These sheets mainly covered the transistor range of Astor "Diamond Dot" transistor radios supplied and fitted to the late fifties, sixties and seventies Holdens and Fords. Let me know what you have and we will work out a deal to keep both parties happy. I will also scan these manuals and make the information available through this web site. I can also supply a DVD of the manuals as part exchange.
